Shipping policy

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer two fast and reliable shipping options:

  • DPD Standard Next Working Day: Your order will normally be delivered the next working day.

  • DPD 10:30 Next Working Day: Your order will normally be delivered before 10:30 AM the next working day.

Order Cut-Off Times:

  • Monday – Thursday: Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be dispatched the same day to qualify for next working day delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be dispatched the following day.

  • Friday – Sunday: Any orders placed during the weekend will be shipped the following Monday, with the aim to be delivered on Tuesday.

Please note: Intraline will not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations

  • United Kingdom: We ship to all parts of the UK, including Northern Ireland.

  • Ireland: If you would like to place an order to be shipped to Ireland, please email us directly at order@intraline.com.

Tracking Your Order

Once your item has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent by our courier, DPD, to the email address registered on your account.

On the day of delivery, you will receive a one-hour time slot via email and text message. If your order has been dispatched but you have not received any tracking information from DPD, please reach out to our team.

Order Modifications & Issues

Can I make changes to an order I have already placed? Once your order has been confirmed, we cannot make amendments to it. However, if you notice something wrong with the delivery details, please contact us straight away so we can try to rectify this for you before it ships.

My tracking shows delivered, but I haven't received my order? If your tracking status shows that the package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue further with the courier.
