Intraline was founded in 2015 by Terry Fraser, a pharmacist with a background in the medical device industry. He saw how much of the cost of a syringe went into sales teams, marketing budgets and constant mark-ups and discounts. He believed practitioners deserved better.
So we built Intraline differently. No sales reps. A small team where everyone wears more than one hat. Online ordering. Fair prices that stay the same, without the games.
Lisa Fraser joined Terry in 2018 to help run the business. Like any growing company, we've had our share of growing pains. Each one has made us clearer about who we are and what we stand for. One of the biggest decisions we made was to review and verify every practitioner account. It's a choice we're proud of.
Today, Intraline is used by practitioners across the UK, Europe and the UAE. We're still family-owned, still lean, and still focused on the people who use our products every day.

Great products shouldn't come with inflated mark-ups. We run a lean team, sell online and don't use sales reps, and we pass those savings on to you. Our prices stay consistent too, so there are no monthly "offers" and no games.
Integrity
We review every account and supply appropriately qualified practitioners, in line with UK regulations. We follow UK reporting requirements for complaints and complications. And if you ever need help with a complication, we can connect you with doctor support.
